Our role
Top Notch Roofers is a lead-matching and referral service. We use your request to match you with local roofers. Any contract for roofing work is between you and the roofer you choose.
Requesting a quote
Provide accurate contact details and describe the work you need. Free quote requests are for property owners and landlords. A request does not oblige you to accept a quote or guarantee a particular roofer's availability.
Agreeing the work
Check the written scope, price, materials, access, timescale, insurance, guarantee and payment terms with your roofer before agreeing to work. Savings reported by customers do not promise a particular saving on your project.
Guarantees and finance
Your roofing contract sets out the insurance-backed guarantee, finance terms, credit conditions and total payable amount. The matching service does not make a credit decision.
