Privacy policy

How we use the details you provide when requesting roofing quotes.

Information you give us

We collect the contact details, postcode and roofing requirements you enter. This includes your name, phone number, email address, property type, ownership, timeframe and preferred time to call.

How we use your enquiry

We use your details to check your request, contact you and match it with relevant roofers. We share your enquiry with matched roofers so they can discuss the job and provide a quote. Top Notch Roofers does not carry out the roofing work.

Checks, delivery and measurement

Our service uses Supabase to process enquiries, Data8 to check phone numbers and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to assess automated submissions. If the main submission service is unavailable, we attempt to save a backup copy through Netlify Forms. Our lead delivery systems pass your enquiry to the matching team.

Advertising identifiers, visitor identifiers, the page you visited and your browser information help us attribute enquiries and measure advertising. We use Google, Meta, Microsoft, Taboola and OpenAI advertising tools. See the cookie policy for how your choices currently work.
