Cookie policy

How this website stores visitor preferences and advertising attribution.

Visitor and attribution storage

We use the tnr_tp cookie and localStorage to retain click identifiers, campaign parameters, landing page and referrer. Attribution lasts for 90 days and fresh campaign values replace previous values. On our domain, the cookie is shared with subdomains of topnotchroofers.org.

The _fbp and _fbc cookies are mirrored in localStorage as tn_fbp and tn_fbc. A stable tn_visitor_id identifies the browser. Session storage holds session identifiers, quote intent and confirmation that a request was submitted. The tnr_variant value keeps your selected quote experience consistent.

Advertising tools and current consent behaviour

Google, Meta, Microsoft, Taboola and OpenAI tags measure visits and accepted enquiries. The consent behaviour is carried over from the existing website: Microsoft advertising storage defaults to granted unless you have declined in either existing consent preference. Declining updates Microsoft advertising storage; it does not prevent the other advertising tags from loading. Your choice is recorded with your enquiry.

Change your choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer to update your preference. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing them resets your attribution and quote variant.
